GO RACING WITH SOUTHERN OUTLAW RACING

Southern Outlaw Racing is actively seeking a sponsorship program.  We are hoping to find the right marketing partner that will allow us to grow, as well as helping our sponsor grow.  We know that in Motorsports Marketing there is a huge need for return on our sponsors investmenet.  This is why we will be offering a number of different packages.  We also want to have our transporter, as well as complete racing team available for you for any type of appearances you would like us to attend.  We are starting in Outlaw ten five, but our ultimate goal is to race in NHRA's ever tough Pro Stock Class.  We feel like starting in the lower classes and working our way up is the best thing for our team, as well as our potential sponsors.

Our last racecar received numerous best of show awards and was always a top ten qualifier and finisher.  We hope only to improve with the new car.
 
Our 2000-2002 seasons were good, as we were featured in Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Magazine several times.  The National Mustang Racers Association also puts out a publication called the Race Pages, which we were also featured in, as well as numerous other pictures in various nationally publicized magazines.
 
We have taken the last year off from racing while building our new car.  We wanted to provide the best possible racecar to promote our sponsors in the most efficient way possible.

Package 1 - Major Sponsorship
Full signage on car - full car paint design ( both windows, windshield, rear window, as well as on drivers uniform, crew uniforms, and transport)$55,000 per season (12 race Outlaw Ten-Five series)
$100,000 per season (12 race Fun Ford Weekend series)
$130,000 per season (Outlaw Ten-Five, and Fun Ford Weekend combined series)

(Custom designed paint scheme on car and trailer are negotiable at contract signing).
Outlaw Ten Five will not allow lettering to be on the body of the car but FFW will so please keep this is in mind when considering which package is for you.  Neither sanctioning body puts limitations on paint jobs however.

Package 2 - Associate Sponsorship
Level 1
Rear Window: Dimensions = 36" x 18", patches for uniforms, small sign on trailer sides: Dimensions = 18" x 10"
$20,000 per season

Level 2
Right & Left quarter Windows: Dimensions = 20" x 8", patches for uniforms.
$7,000 per season

Level 3
Other various locations: Dimensions = 16" x 6"  spots on car.
$5,000 per season

All agreements will be made by a signed contract between the two parties involved. Payment options are available at contract signing. Any package can be customized to fit your needs. Please contact us if you would like pricing on special customized packages.

With the 2004 racing season just around the corner, our marketing strategy is simple. We strive to promote our sponsor with as much exposure as possible.

Now with the Fun Ford Weekend also alowing Outlaw Ten-Five style cars, we can double the exposure of your advertising dollars.

This is done in several ways:
Exposure at the racetrack by the car, crew uniforms, color printed handouts, t-shirt sales, the trailer at the track and traveling across the country.
TV / media exposure.
Press releases through out the year to various racing news organizations; National Dragster Magazine, Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords, 5.0 Magazine, Heads Up Review, and other various, popular nation-wide publications.

Promotional appearances with the transport and car for your business can also be available, as well as admission passes for your companies employee base.
